What is TheraBox?

TheraBox is a monthly subscription box curated by practicing therapists to inspire happier lives. Each box incorporates 1 happiness boosting activity inspired by research in mindfulness, psychology, and neuroscience to rewire the brain for more joy and positivity. Additionally, we select 5-7 wellness products sourced from vendors that produce natural, organic, and feel-good products!

How does it work?

Sign up for our monthly plan without any obligations! You can cancel anytime before your renewal date (9th of each month) to not be renewed. Or choose a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription to save more! For multiple month subscriptions, you can cancel anytime, however you will still receive the boxes until your multiple subscription month ends and then your subscription will be canceled. For example, if you choose a 3 month subscription at checkout and want to cancel after the 2nd month then you will still receive your 3rd month's box. After your 3rd final box, you will not be rebilled and your subscription will end.

How long does it take to receive my box each month?

Your box will be shipped out between the 24th and 26th of each month!  You will receive a confirmation email informing you that your box is on its way! If located in the United States you should then receive your box between an estimated 5 to 7 business days after its has shipped! All international orders may take 7 to 21 days for delivery depending on your country. 

What are your Shipping & Billing Policies

We ship between the 24th & 26th of every month. You are charged immediately when you order, and automatically re-billed monthly on the 9th of your renewal month! Please ensure your address is correct. TheraBox is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Canada for a flat-rate shipping fee of $14.99 and all other countries outside of the U.S. for $24.95.  All international orders have an estimated 7 to 14 days for delivery, although TheraBox cannot guarantee a time frame for any processing delays that may arise through the post offices of destination countries. *TheraBox is not responsible for any applicable governmental  taxes/fees for international shipments that may arise*

What if my account has insufficient funds when I subscribe or when I am re billed?

TheraBox is not responsible for any charges from banks or credit cards.

What if I subscribe and then cancel right away?

Once you subscribe your account is immediately charged. If you cancel right away, this will only ensure that your subscription will not renew, but you will still receive a box. If you cancel because you have changed your mind and wish to be refunded and not receive a box, you must email us immediately at and request a refund as refunds will not be automatically processed. Refunds will be provided if you cancel your order/renewal within 48 hours.

Can I return or exchange items in the box?

We only accept returns / exchanges for items that are damaged or defected and require evidence of damages and defects to be emailed to within 14 days of receipt of the box.

What if my box is lost/stolen?

All claims for lost/stolen items must be made through USPS official website. TheraBox is not responsible for lost/stolen packages or inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer.
