This deck includes 30 self-care activity cards to help create space in your life for daily self-care! Pick a card daily, or whenever you feel the need and complete the activity for the card you draw. There are 2 sides to each card so you can complete either (or both) of the activity chosen. Use this time to connect with yourself and to pay attention to how you feel and what you need. Even if you're busy and it doesn't seem like the right time to do the activity, challenge yourself to make the time for it anyway.
